A Level Results 2020

KEC students have received their calculated grades for A-levels and vocational qualifications following a significantly challenging and uncertain few months. We are pleased that the majority of our students will progress to university, employment or apprenticeships. Four of our students will go to Durham University, a leading research-based institution, six to Birmingham and four to Warwick. In the absence of any public examinations which would have allowed our students to demonstrate their achievements throughout the last two years, students were awarded calculated grades based on teacher judgements that were processed at a national level by both awarding organisations and Ofqual, the exams regulator.

Tim Rogers Principal, said:
I would like to take this opportunity to celebrate the wonderful achievements of our outgoing students and their hard work, resilience and dedication throughout their time at KEC. Their approach since lockdown in March has been humbling and we will support them in everyway we can.

I would also like to thank our teaching and support staff who have worked so hard to help our students achieve. They share my concerns that not all students have received the grades they deserve.
