Students and staff at King Edward VI College raised a spectacular £415.17 for Sport Relief last week.
The Student Ambassador Team, along with the College Sports Maker arranged a series of fund raising events that took place over the whole week.
College Sports Maker Andy Long said “It was a really fun packed week with lots going on during lunch time for the students to get involved in. I was really impressed how many students and staff got into the spirit”
Just some of the activities to take place were A Question of Sport Quiz, Crazy Golf, Archery, Face Painting and a number of Raffles and Prize Draws.
Student Ambassador Amrik Singh said “The enthusiasm and commitment by students in the college, to help the charity was brilliant! To know the money we raised is going to change the lives of people forever is heart warming and makes us realise how lucky we are”
