We aim to provide all the facilities required by our students and understand the importance of technology and specialised study areas.
Library and Study Centre
As sixth form students, you will have study periods when you can research and complete your assignments. The college library, study centre and unity hub are great places to help you develop these study skills. They offer a range of learning environments, so you can find a space that suits you – whether you want to work on your own or in a group.
The study areas have over 70 open access computers plus all the equipment you’d expect to find in a modern library – 4,700 textbooks and novels and 500+ e-books over various platforms. All these resources have been selected to support sixth form courses, and all of them are fully searchable on the library database in college and at home. We also have laptops and iPads available to borrow from our self service Lapsafe for use in college and alternatives to borrow for use at home for a longer period. In partnership with Coventry University, KE6 students have access to the amazing library facility there to study or use the book stock while on the university premises – come and see us in the college library to find out more.
But best of all, we have trained and friendly resource assistants to answer your enquiries. There is also an IT presence in the Study Centre to help with any IT queries.
For many subjects, specialist equipment is needed. We provide all the necessary materials and equipment to help you get the most out of your course. From video cameras to art materials, we keep supplies fully stocked and available for you as required.
With our spacious gym and large playing fields we offer a huge range of sporting activities. See our Enrichment pages to find out more.
Refectory and Coffee Shop
