Dominik Wellmann

Dominik is an experienced and transformational business leader with 25 years of experience having worked for large corporates (Serco PLC, Person PLC and Capita PLC) as well as some early stage companies. Relevant education sector roles included running Pearson’s technical and vocational delivery business with seven FE Colleges in Saudi Arabia, a SaaS EdTech business providing monitoring software solutions for Safeguarding and Prevent to more than 2,000 schools and most recently led the UK’s Fire Service College in Moreton-in-Marsh. Other sectors he gained experience in range from civil aviation, defence, support services to public sector outsourcing. He is also an investor and advisor to several start-up businesses. Dominik is passionate about diversity, inclusivity, equality, fairness and giving back to society. He lives in Warwickshire.
