Visit to Parliament & Supreme Court

Students from King Edwards had another successful visit to Parliament and the Supreme Court in April to help enrich their studies of Politics.  After a tour around the Supreme Court, which is the highest court in the land, we then had a tour round Parliament.  We watched a debate take place in the House of Commons on climate change.  Students were also excited when we saw Jacob Rees Mogg in the lobby.  After the tour we had a workshop and then local MP, Marcus Jones came and spoke to students and answered questions. It was a really enjoyable trip which we will be running again next year.
