A big well done to our Volunteering LinC group who have fundraised and collected items for hampers to gift to the Acorn Lodge Care Home in Nuneaton!
‘Due to COVID-19, we were unable to do the normal activities we would do in Volunteering. Therefore, this year we have to get together to collect items and donations for Acorn Lodge.
For example, we have written out Christmas Cards and Collected items such as toiletries and chocolates for the residents at Acorn Lodge.
Thank you to the staff at the college for donating cash and items from stores such as Body Shop and Co-Op and all students and staff taking part.’
