Jenny Pearce – Community Governor

Jenny is the Managing Director of an FCA-regulated financial planning and employee benefits firm, with more than 16 years’ experience in financial services. She also holds Senior Management Functions (SMF16 and SMF17) under the FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime.

Jenny’s professional experience spans board-level decision-making, financial management, risk oversight and organisational leadership. Jenny is passionate about using these skills to support young people and contribute positively to the local community through education.

Jenny understands the valuable role that education plays in helping young people develop confidence, broaden their opportunities and realise their potential. Alongside her professional career, she volunteers within scouting and has supported schools and community groups through careers guidance and financial education initiatives. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to helping young people achieve positive outcomes and preparing them for future success.
